No Slippy Hair Clippy accepts returns and exchanges for items purchased via its Web site within 5 days of receipt of shipment. No item will be accepted that is not in its original condition. A return authorization is needed for this transaction, see below for details.
No Slippy Hair Clippy will refund the entire amount of the original purchase, but will not pay return shipping. Ship all returns pre-paid and insured. No Slippy will refund your credit card within one week.
Returns will only be made for items that can be verified to have been purchased through our Web site. Customers who have created an account can request a return by logging in and hitting the “Return Items” button while viewing their Completed Orders. Those customers who do not have an account can contact the company for a return authorization number at 800-466-7304 Mon-Fri 9-5 PST, or email email@example.com. No Slippy Hair Clippy will not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased at retail locations or sample sales. A copy of the invoice or gift receipt that accompanied your Web order must be included with returns or exchanges. There are no exceptions to this policy.
